These issues addressed and their body moves quicker into a healthy state of balance while the kilos drop. And because we measure fat mass not weight on the scales we work toward helping clients burn fat, not lose fluid or decrease muscle mass. We focus on small changes big results, and take an individual approach to care. There are so many reasons why weight loss is a challenge and we believe there is so much more to it than diet alone. Some people believe cravings for sugar and chocolate can be managed by willpower alone and are surprised when they learn that these are chemical cravings caused by imbalances in organ function and could be as a result of their body's need to resolve a health imbalance. When this is treated, making healthier food choices can become routine as the body's imbalance is being addressed. Beating yourself up over craving sweet foods and failing diets is not the answer. We question what your body is really asking for, work on clearing the underlying issue and help you to feel even better, more energised and younger than ever.
