A full a la carte service is offered as well as a Modern European Menu by Head Chef Jonathan Ingram. The menu is changed regularly in order to provide the best and freshest in seasonal produce. Restaurant Manager & Sommelier, Thierry Dagnicourt, has developed a beautiful wine list featuring 30 wines by the glass and over 200 wines by the bottle. In 2012, and for the fourth year in a row, the wine list was awarded two goblets in the Gourmet Traveller Wine List of the Year Awards.
