Hi, my name is Shareen. I am a holistic personal trainer in the health and fitness industry. I specialise in helping overworked female executives in corporate business who want to get fit and healthy in the Lower North Shore region. In my 6 years experience, I have found 3 key problems; 1.Executives are struggling with weight control. 2.More and more executives are undernourished with poor nutrition choices. 3.Executives are losing mental resilience causing depression, stress and anxiety. Statistics show 61% of Australians are overweight or obese and 3 million Australians are living with depression or anxiety. My personal training and health program has helped women address these issues by successfully achieving a healthy weight range, eliminating anti-depressants associated to mood disorders; reverse early on-set diabetes; regain good health to be able to have more children, and help slow down the ageing clock bringing back the look and feel of youthfulness. Having spent 10 years in corporate business myself, I can relate to the problems that female executives experience and with the understanding of the toll it takes on health I want to help Sydney female executives in corporate business bring mind body and soul balance back into their lives and enjoy all key aspects of life including, health, relationships, hobbies personal growth and career.
