Something to suit all fitness levels and needs! *Depending on the goals each individual client wants to achieve we are there for ALL of them 100% of the way. *We provide 100% motivation and support. Guiding them through the right exercise and nutrition, and giving them the skills to maintaining a healthy weight and lifestyle. **Pricing** *We have prices and package to suit all budgets. *Including individual sessions, 6, 8 and 12 week challenges. *The choice is yours! We will also help guide you to the right package for you to achieve your goals. * Prices start as low as $18 for a 30 minutes personal training session in our fully equipped personal training studio. (Thats cheaper than most boot camps!!) Plus, you get a personally designed exercise program to suit YOUR needs, goals and fitness level!! Not the needs of 10 others like you get in boot camps! You also have the comfort of training in a private personal training studio.
