Disciplined Fitness is Port Macquarie's own military trained physical trainers. We have nearly 20 years combined experience in today's Australian Defence Force (ADF). From experience gained within our roles in the ADF and because of our passion for a healthy lifestyle and commitment to fitness, we can deliver training programs that are tailored to your needs. We deliver fitness programs and solutions that are fun, goal orientated, interesting and challenging. Our programs will take you out of your comfort zone and break down the tough barriers that may have deterred you in the past from reaching your fitness and health goals. Disciplined Fitness training is packed with variation and flexibility. We provide the choice of training outdoors, at your choice of venue or in the privacy of our studio gym located at Lighthouse beach. We have trained Australia's elite dive teams, Royal Australian Navy boarding party teams and war ship crews before deployment to active war zones. Our roles in the ADF also included designing weight loss and fitness programs and specific event training programs for individual navy personnel and for employees in the Australian public service sector.
