We are a company committed to promoting and developing the sport of Basketball in the Sydney metro area. There are 3 key divisions of our operations that are focused on creating a positive influence on the sport and in particular the growth of Australian basketball. Our vision is to provide a significant contribution to the sport in these specific areas: - Junior Player Skill Development and increasing junior participation in Basketball in the Sydney metro area. - Assist young Basketballers in the transition from junior to senior ranks. Providing information, support and increase awareness of opportunities for young Australians interested in making a career out of Basketball. - Provide a fun, safe and enjoyable Basketball program for all ages and skill levels. Key services: One-on-one basketball and fitness coaching. The one-on-one basketball and fitness coaching sessions are designed to provide each player with fundamental skills and basketball knowledge. Each individual workout is designed to challenge the player in all facets of the game and provide athletes with the tools to take their game to the next level. These workouts are conducted in a private setting. Group basketball and fitness coaching (all ages) group basketball and fitness coaching sessions are a fun way to learn the skills, drills, and rules of basketball with your friends in a fun and enjoyable environment. These sessions are designed for kids of all ages and skill levels with a key emphasis on teamwork and fun. Gossip ball (basketball and fitness coaching for mums) gossip ball sessions are one-on-one or group sessions for women of all ages that want to keep fit, learn how to play basketball or just simply have a gossip! These sessions comprise the fundamental skills of basketball along side basic cardiovascular fitness and strength exercises. - Opening Hours:
