Now at Bulli Public School Tuesdays at 6:00PM Our highly popular classes suit kids aged roughly 5 - 12 years, Teens and Adults. We teach a range of martial arts techniques aimed at developing both physical and mental abilities. Students become strong and flexible while also learning co-ordination and improving their concentration. Our teaching methods are designed to promote both fun and self discipline and helping students to learn a good mix of both. Junior classes are structured to suit the learning needs of kids, we don't expect kids to train like adults. We accept new students all the time. Classes can have a mix of beginners and more advanced Junior students, each doing their own particular level of techniques. We follow a graded system, kids start at white belt and learn the basic techniques they need to progress to the next level at brown belt. There is no pressure to succeed, goals are set at realistic levels and each student is encouraged to progress at their own pace. Our style is non-competitive, we don't expect kids to fight each other to win and you don't have to worry about your child getting beat up. Everyone is encouraged to respect and help their fellow students and feel comfortable learning techniques in a safe environment. The best way is to just try it out and see how they like it. There's no obligation and no need to book in. If you're thinking of trying it out, just come along to your nearest class and see for yourself. We won't lock you into contracts or expect large upfront term fees, just pay as you go and only for the lessons you attend.
