Assertive Action Krav Maga is a school for self-defence training that has been established in the Western Suburbs since 2009. Now we are operating in North Parramatta, and Sydney CBD. Our Sydney location is currently Part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Krav Maga is a form of self-defence that is designed to be easily understood, applied and adapted to all sorts of problems faced on the 'street'. Krav Maga training leverages off of proven techniques and strategies that allow you to avoid, prevent and deal with conflict, in any form. Krav Maga teaches you how to utilise your natural instincts and reactions so you can protect yourself and your loved ones from harm caused by others. You will learn how to function under high levels of stress, and develop the fitness needed to survive and escape any life-threatening situation. Classes are currently for anyone aged 16 years+ You can expect to learn something practical and useful on your very first lesson. All first lessons are 100% free of charge with no obligation to join. Once you've experienced a class for yourself, you can take the option of joining the school. You will learn how to: - Defend attacks or threats that involve weapons (i.e knives, guns, sticks, bottles etc. - Defend attacks or threats made to you by a group of people (multiple attackers) - Defend unarmed attacks or threats made to you or your loved ones. - Remove yourself from conflict before it becomes physical. - Unleash your inner warrior and push through to survive - no matter what. - Plus much more. You DO NOT need to have any former experience or be at any specific level of fitness. Take training at your own pace and watch yourself grow and develop a life-long skill set that no person should be without. - Opening Hours:
