Megan (Meherbani Kaur) has been practising yoga since 2000. She began her yoga journey with Iyengar and has since included Asthanga, Bikram, Power Vinyasa, Kundalini and Alchemical yoga to her practise. In 2005 Megan decided she would like to share the many benefits of yoga with others so she enrolled in teacher training and completed the Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching at Nature Care college in Sydney. Megan's classes are inspired by all of the above styles of yoga and have a strong focus on breath and alignment. Megan also qualified as a Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Teacher in 2014 and enjoys sharing this powerful & transformative practise. Megan has been teaching yoga classes in Sydney and the Eurobodalla (Far South Coast of NSW) since 2005. Megan is now living and teaching yoga in Thirroul. Megan has a continuing love of all things yoga and regularly attends training courses and workshops to deepen her knowledge and personal practise. Private classes are also available, including prenatal/pregnancy yoga, yoga for diabetes and kids yoga. Megan is a member of YA (Yoga Australia) the Australian Association for Yoga Teachers.
