Yoga Class Sessions are: Mon 10.00am-11.15am Mon 5.30pm-6.30pm Tue 6.30am-7.30 ***** NEW CLASS ***** Wed 5.30pm-6.45pm Wed 7.00pm-8.15pm Cost is $12 each week for 9 week term. Start anytime. Casual rate is $16. Everything is supplied. (Teachers are also qualified to teach pregnant students.) Call Vicki for more information or just come along. Yoga Personalised Sessions : These yoga therapy sessions are ideal for : * anyone recovering from an injury - knees, neck, back, shoulders, wrists * beginners who want personal guidance * pregnant women who prefer special care * those wishing to reduce the symptoms of an illness * children or elderly * a group of family members Personalised sessions can be held in my home in Como, your home or in the hall. $40 per hour for one-on-one, $20 each for two people.
