WARRIEWOOD Tues 10 - 11.15am Thurs 6 - 7.15pm Thurs 7.30 - 8.15pm MEDITATION CLASS (6 week course commences 23/1/14) Fri 7 - 8am - Cardio, Strength & Stretch class (6 week program commences 24/1/14) AVALON Fri 11.30 - 12.45pm at Avalon Yoga School We are in the field of complementary medicine with Yoga Therapy and Esoteric Healing, supporting people with illness, dis-ease and/or dis-harmonious conditions and those wanting to deepen their sense of well-being. Our approach is holistic. We assist people in addressing the root cause of health related issues and guide them to explore how building conscious presence, gentleness in body and breath can lead to true health. For an organization, increasing its employees well-being leads to better service to the community and greater productivity. We also have a clinic in Balmain where we offer Private Yoga/Yoga Therapy, Esoteric Healing, Cancer support sessions and Massage. We offer Yoga Classes in the other following locations - Glebe - Summer Hill - Wahroonga (Upper North Shore) - Opening Hours:
