We recently stayed 3 nights at Best Western Crystal Inn, Bendigo. At the request of Best Western we completed a \'review\' where we pointed out several items of disappointment however we haven\'t even received acknowledgement of our review or comments. As a gesture of good will we stated that we would not add our comments to any public comments and assumed someone would at least acknowledge our review. Very disappointing.
