Calvary Silver Circle is a not for profit organisation providing care and support services to enable people to live independently in the comfort and security of their own home. We support older people, people with disabilities, family carers, people coping at home after hospital or illness, families with children who have special needs, people injured in accidents or anyone who would like help in the home. We offer a wide range of services such as: - domestic home care - personal care - social support / companionship - respite care - transport assistance - 24 hour and overnight care - home maintenance & modifications - 24 hour personal alarm monitoring - case management We also have Level 2 and Level 4 Home Care Packages which is a coordinated package of services tailored to meet your care needs. The services can support you to stay at home for as long as possible, as well as give you choice and flexibility in the way that care and support is provided. Home Care Packages are available on a Consumer Directed Care (CDC) basis. CDC gives you the opportunity to choose the level of involvement you would like to have about the types of care and services you receive, how care is delivered and who delivers it. You will be provided with a personalised budget to see how much funding is available for services and how much money has been spent. We also have our Home Alert Tunstall Monitoring System. Our range of falls management products can help manage a persons risk 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.
