Jett is an extremely passionate and highly motivated person. He enjoyed many sports growing up including swimming and touch before discovering tennis. By the age of 16 he had gained his Level 2 Tennis Coaching qualification and was coaching regularly while completing his high school education. Jett continuously played and coached for two more years until a spinal injury put it all to a sudden stop. The injury prohibited him from walking and his weight ballooned to 110kg and he also fell into a massive depression for just over a year. By himself, Jett crawled out of his depression and found a new will to carry on, get out of the house and back into the gym. After gruelling workouts and pushing to new pain levels Jett decided to study Remedial Massage in 2010 to see if he could relieve his own pain and help others with pain problems. Four years on, Jett has transformed himself, losing over 40kgs, being in the best shape he has ever been and reigniting an old spark of boxing and Muay Thai and has recently started Brazilian Ju-jitsu. Jett is a great masseuse who also has the life experience and knowledge to understand how the effects of massage can increase your quality of life through massage techniques and his understanding of anatomy. He also works closely with our Personal Trainers to deliver a five star service to optimise your fitness and health routine.
