Grandfinnal night and they said they saw my daughter park in the restricted area and didn\'t tell her then towed her car and left her stranded . When she finally found out what happened they want $660.00 to get the car back. Sunday night on her own no way to get to her car. I don\'t know how these people sleep at night.

Scum of the earth. DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. The name on the truck is different to whats on their paperwork. No signage where you pick up the car. DODGY as hell. Extremely rude pigs to deal with as well. Sign in the car park said $550.00. Charged me $ 660.00. Held my car to ransom. All other reviews on other sites say the same.

These people should not be used ever. And you will never pay $550. It will always be $660 because the extra cash is going to the spotters that they use in the car parks. scym if the earth these people are.

They charge exorbitant $660 for 5k towing when parked on a private carpark, although their signage is deceiving. Not a real company, they are a gangster arangement.

I parked my car in a towaway zone in Fortitude Valley on a Sunday (and yes, I knew it was wrong)... There were 2 other cars there already so my friend said it should be fine, we were gone 20 mintues and my car was gone when we returned. The other 2 cars from before still remained there however. I had to wait about 40 minutes for a lift and in that time, 5 other people parked their cars there, none of which were towed. When I got to Albion to pick my car, no one was there so I had to call and they said they were on their way. When they arrived, I experienced the same issue as everyone else- sign said $550, but they charged me $660- apparently because it was the weekend, this additional charge applies for public holidays and nights too. The premises was dodgy, no signs whatsoever- only way I knew it was the right place was because my car was 1 of the 4 in there. The man I delt with offered me no explanation, the so called \"office\", was a tiny box and a dirty mattress was on the floor- for who knows what. Overall, this feels like a very, very dodgy company, if you can call it that, and I am writing this to warn as many people as possible. I attempted calling the police while I waited and they said there is no law supervising how much a towing company can charge, apparently they were well within their right, and apparently because I was illegally parked, what they charge, is the legal payable fee for said offense. Very, very disappointed. I will be attempting to fill out a case on the company with the police. Not so much for retribution, because apparently the company\'s practices are admissible, but in an attempt to bring forth the unethical practices of the company- baiting and ridiculously charging people.

Yes unfortunately they are low lifes but after all this great publicity they are receiveimg their days are numbered. It will be great to see these gutless cowards get what they deserve!

If you see them starting to tow your car - run & jump in it. They CAN NOT & will not tow it with you in it. Thats a fact & they dont want ANYONE to know it.

Oh & remember that they CAN NOT touch your body in anyway as you get into YOUR car. Its common assault if they so much as put a hand on you.
