The Vet Lounge is an independently owned veterinary clinic with locations in Upper Coomera and Ormeau. To understand the level of care we give to all animals, ask for a tour of our practices. We've invested considerably in our facilities to ensure your pet is comfortable and relaxed during their stay with us. What can I expect during a consultation? Understanding your pets illness or injury is of upmost importance to us. So much so, that we have developed an iPad Application which we use in 99% of consultations. We don't believe in telling you about your pets illness/injury, we believe in helping you understand it. Our iPad Application allows us to show you diagrams to help you better understand what is happening to your pet and at the same time, we'll email you a professionally designed E-book so you can go home and read more. The e-book also allows those family members who couldn't be at the consultation fully understand your pets illness/injury. We also call you 48 hours after your consultation to answer any further questions you may have after reading the e-book. Click here for more information. How does your facility compare with other vets? Unfortunately there is very little regulation in the veterinary industry, which means you can operate with very poor equipment in a poor facility with little or no repercussions. The veterinary industry doesn't have anyone checking standards of facilities, so you as the pet owner will have to do this yourself.
