Hi I'm Lisa Pankhurst, creator of Good Health Resolutions, I'm passionate about helping new mums regain their fitness and discover the joy and satisfaction gained from looking after themselves. As a mum myself to a beautiful little girl and having lost almost 20kgs I know all the healthy ways to lose your baby weight, postnatal classes are a great way to get fit, bond with your child and make new friends. I understand that babies can be a handful, that is why I offer a fully qualified FREE BUB ASSISTANT to all 3 bootcamp sessions, this means that you can focus on your training knowing your baby is being looked over. Training takes place along the beautiful Currumbin Creek at Winders Park, set up in front of the playground closest to the Pelican Statues, the park is opposite 100 Durangin Street, Currumbin 4223, if you are looking on a map or GPS. Come down for some fun, bring a buddy for support, a towel, water and bring your bubs too! Classes are 45 minutes long and run on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.15am to 10.00am.
