Everyone is there to help & support each other. We are not there to learn to fight each other or become better than everyone else we train with like other sports fighting environments can create. Krav maga is for everyone! Even if you are uncoordinated & not the sporty type. We have a modern approach to self defence & our classes are the same. We are not ultra strict, over the top or obsessed with hierarchy like most traditional martial arts. We do not teach out dated fancy techniques that take years to master & would never work in todays ever growing violent society.
