Our sessions are tailored to suit each client. We provide a fun workout environment with highly trained professional friendly instructors Aussie and Jody. If you want to achieve weight loss, toning, strengthening, improving physical health, lifestyle changes reaching and maintaining goals,challenging EVERY BODY that walks through our door to continue to achieve amazing results thus improving their quality of life. Our philosophy is to: Promote- good health through a series of exercises performed on the Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair Pilates ball band and circle equipment under supervision of our fully qualified instructors.
