We run yoga classes every week in Beenleigh, along with Yoga Beginners courses, Yoga Retreats and Workshops throughout the year. We practice in a committed, welcoming and friendly atmosphere dedicated to the well-being of all our students. Trish Peacock is the owner and manager of Shake Your Buddha Yoga and Yoga Wear. Trish's experience in the health and wellness industry spans over nearly 20 years. She has International certificates in yoga teacher training having studied here in Australia,Bali and India. She has also completed certificates in Hawaiian Temple Style Bodywork and Polynesian healing systems, ancient Polynesian Lomi Lomi, spiritual healing and release therapy, as well as counselling and body awareness training. All of this training and practice has assisted Trish in her unique and intuitive approach to Yoga teaching. She regularly assists at Yoga Arts teacher training courses in Bali. (Yoga Arts is a world renown yoga school.) Come along and try some of our classes.
