Happy And Prosperous New Year 2015. Hi my name is Sia Bueno, I have been operating my own V.I.P Home Cleaning Business in the Jindalee and surrounding suburbs since 2010 and have all current and up to date police and insurance certificates. I will be happy to here from all who are interested in: Regular Weekly, Fortnightly, Monthly, One off cleans, Spring cleans, Window cleans, Oven cleans or exit/entry cleans, Builder/Renovation cleans. I specialise in home cleaning, making the lives of my customers that bit easier with a smile :-) There is no need to supply any cleaning products or equipment (unless there is a specific item required) I supply everything (except toilet cleaning brushes due to hygiene reasons). I use a commercial grade vacuum cleaner which has strong suction on all flooring and carpet as well as a turbo head designed to pick up pet hair and deep embedded dirt from long carpet. The cleaning products I use are of a commercial standard and are environmentally safe and friendly. I do not have an hourly rate, The price goes on the size of the home and services required, Extra services can be added on request and will require a new price. You get a fixed price so regardless of how long it takes you know in advance what you are getting for your money.
