Daniel Murtas, owner and operator of DJM Cabinetmaking. Here at DJM we have been in business for over 15 years and specialise in Kitchen Renovations and Vanities from budget to high end. Here at DJM Cabinetmaking we apply high attention to detail, things rarely go wrong but if ever things do go out of plan, I'll make sure it is resolved and that the customer is fully informed of the situation. Customer satisfaction is of the highest priority. At DJM cabinetmaking I treat every job as if its my own, If its something that you're not satisfied with I'll make sure it is rectified. At DJM we have a strong belief on being on time and punctual. If a job is to be installed on a specific day, it will be. If there is a delay you'll be notified well in advance of any delays by the suppliers. To give you an idea of how we operate, I use high quality design package software to give you an idea what you job will look like before I start Manufacturing so there are no misunderstandings. Jobs are constructed using quality equipment. We personally design, construct and install all of our work to your own requirements. The services that we provide: 1. I come to your place to get a feel for the work involved and discuss what you would like. 2. I will then give you my opinion on what would work best base on the information handed to me. 3. I then allow you to take my advice and make a judgement call, at the end of the day it is your job. 4. I then take the information provided by you away to design and price the job. 5. I hand you the Quote and 3D drawing for your reference. 6. I will then follow up for any feedback within 3 working days and make any changes you request. 7. I allow 1 change of plans free of charge. 8. Once you agree to the Design and Quote I will make another appointment to draw up the necessary paperwork To get thing rolling.
