I have been involved in the field of NLP, Hypnotherapy and Meditation since 1984. As an NLP Life Coach I am passionate about inspiring and motivating people like yourself to access and mobilise both your inner and outer resources, such that you bring about some positive change in your life, such that you achieve your desired outcomes, such that at the end of each day you say, "This has been the best day of my life, ever". As a NLP Life Coach I can help you to create such massive value in your self that what ever you want out of life naturally flows towards you. Those who work in the corporate environment sometimes resort to marijuana and binge drinking at the end of the day as a way to relax and 'come down'. I can not only help you banish those behaviours but show you how to relax naturally using a unique combination of meditation and self hypnosis such that you enter a deeply meditative state from which you can better prepare yourself for the next day. My areas of expertise are marijuana and alcohol cessation; binge eating, bulimia and weight loss; anger management, anxiety, panic attacks; building confidence and motivation in any area of your business or personal life; stress management, insomnia, mindfulness training and deep meditation. People can spend decades learning how to quieten the mind but I can teach you in a matter of hours how to silence the thoughts and enter a deeply meditative space from which you can learn how to become the master of your mind and your life. I am sure that you must have a coach but if you don not then I would be interested in working with you.
