We make boutique hand-crafted wines from naturally grown grapes, at our vineyard in picturesque Barossa Valley. Our 80-year old vines - Grenache, Muscat of Alexandria, Muscat Blanc a Petit Grains and S?millon - are dry-grown, without any chemicals or artificial fertilisers. We apply the same practices to also grow Mataro (aka Mourvedre) and Saperavi grapevines. We hand-pick the grapes at optimum ripeness and process them in the traditional way the same day, in house: crushing, fermenting, basket pressing, and maturing without the use of oak.
