One hour usually consists of running/ skipping to warm up, strength training, technique training, working on the boxing bags and with pads, endurance training and intervals. I offer programs which alternate daily, some are more focused on technique, others on strength or endurance. I will adopt the programs to your individual needs and preferences. I can respond to all individual needs. The gym is equipped with a ring, boxing bags, free weights, pads, boxing gloves, medicine balls and a punching bag. You only need to bring your own wraps. I will assess the fitness and technical level of every participant and adjust my program to your individual needs and focus, whether you want to get stronger, learn some boxing techniques, get overall better fitness. Prices: adults $ 15 per session casual or $ 110 for ten lessons Men, women, girls and boys - all are welcome. Just come around and start.
