The Stumps is a self contained, boutique B&B idyllically framed amidst majestic gums on 17 acres of pristine land on the outskirts of Macclesfield (45 minutes from Adelaide's CBD). Located on the ground floor of an architecturally designed country house, the apartment studio features two spacious rooms tastefully decorated combining antiques, contemporary furnishings and an inspiring flow of space. A special feature is the luxurious decor in the bathroom overlooking the private courtyard. The Stumps is the perfect getaway for a romantic weekend or to take a break from work or simply to spent time with loved once. We offer gourmet breakfast provisions, wine and chocolates on arrival and little treats that will make you feel special. Challenge your senses; take a relaxing bath using essential oil products, enjoy the complementary wine or port and chocolates and absorb the unspoiled country ambience. The Stumps is children friendly and we welcome well behaved dogs. Horse lovers can bring their four legged friends with them and enjoy a ride out along the HillTop crest overlooking the Fleurieu.
