Lyra Rinaudo is an experienced Naturopath and Medical student of the University of Melbourne dedicated to providing professional evidence based integrated health care. Her holistic approach encompasses the use of herbal and nutritional medicine to promote physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing. Lyra's personalized approach to health care focuses on client education with the goal of empowering patients with the knowledge and skills they need to achieve and maintain optimal physical and mental health. As a Naturopath Lyra takes time and care forming unique treatment plans for each client to best meet their distinct individual needs. By working together with her clients she builds the best personalized health plan possible to suit any individuals lifestyle and budget. Her health plans include a personalized healthy diet and lifestyle plan and if needed a liquid herbal prescription, tailor made to your specific needs. Nutritional supplements and herbal remedies in tablet form are available if required. QUALIFICATIONS Lyra completed a four year Naturopathy degree at the Southern School of Natural Therapy. The degree involved training in pathology, clinical diagnosis, nutritional, herbal medicine, homeopathy and functional pathology laboratory testing. She also has a certificate in Natural Fertility Education and is currently completing post graduate medicine at the University of Melbourne. As Lyra is a full member of the National Herbalist Association of Australia, clients with private health insurance are eligible for rebates from most private health funds.
