Owners Kylie Mackinlay and Luke Mutton spent time at St. Ali, often voted Melbourne's best coffee haunt, before branching out on their own. Laurent Hoffarth (ex Donovan's) manages the kitchen and serves up plenty of crowd pleasers infused with a gourmet twist such as omelette of the day stuffed with preserved lemon, ricotta and thyme or smoked salmon on rye with avocado and a grapefruit salsa.
