We encourage a sense of community, where other members do take the time to care and support for each other's well-being. Our team actively works with you to help you towards your journey in health and fitness, not to mention a better physique. Our community extends to local businesses and organisations we work with in creating health and fitness programs, as well as running team building programs to encourage cohesion amongst co-workers. We deliver Corporate Programs and Injury Prevention Programs suited to the specific needs of your organisation. These are designed to promote a general health and wellbeing culture within your workplace, and to help minimise downtime from illnesses, stress and injuries We also offer: Body Sculpting, Pilates for Dancers, Bootcamp for Netballers, Health and Nutrition Coaching, Mums n Bubs, Rehabilitation, Sports Conditioning, Core Strengthening and Functional Training.
