It was opened by Paul Adamsons in 2009 and is looking for clients from the Bentleigh, Brighton and Oakleigh areas. Paul offers one to one personal training which is tailored to suit the needs of the individual client. This can mean one to four sessions a week with a programme constructed based on the goals that the client wants to achieve. The formula that Paul teaches is Metabolic Precision (MP) which combines nutrition and exercise to maximise the bodys systems. Every training session is tailored to meet your level of fitness and throw in some extra discomfort, which is essential for building strength. Paul teaches the correct techniques and how to time an exercise properly to achieve the greatest impact. Paul can also deliver corporate training programmes for anywhere from 3 to 300 people, the obvious benefit being a healthier staff and fewer sick days, by delivering the MP Corporate Training methodology.
