We found these guys to be thoroughly unscrupulous, and i would be very cautious if considering using.....despite being told it was a 10 week project, 21 months later they had not finished , and I gave them a 14 day letter of demand to finish or we would find other contractors to complete the work, some 6 months later they tried to put a final invoice in , using Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act 2002 . I had to employ a lawyer, they got not one cent more from us, but the numbers didn\'t stack up to sue them.
