Martial Art Training with the Masters We regularly train with some of the world's top martial artists like Masaji Taira Sensei, 9th Dan, Okinawan Goju Ryu Karate and Alex Kostic (Systema). They, along with Australian legends like Billy Manne, Richard Norton, Mal McRae and our team of skilled practitioners, offer you the benefit of learning from their experience and expertise. A Melbourne Martial Art Class for Everyone Whether you are a beginner or you have a wealth of experience in another art such as Kung Fu, Judo or Jujutsu, everyone is welcome. We encourage all those who have previous experience in martial arts to join us. What you have previously learned in Aikido, BJJ or Systema will be invaluable in your new training. Our Martial Art Styles Goju (hard and soft) Karate. Our training emphasises the importance of kata,both the form and the bunkai or application. In particular we train the 'soft' aspect of Goju. In our self-defence classes, an experienced martial artist will teach you how being 'soft' can overpower an opponent without the need of great physical strength. Krav Maga is powerful and explosive in its application. Used by police and military around the world, it is among the top reality based self defence systems available.
