Marriners View is a luxury 3BR, 2 storey house located in the seaside haven of Apollo Bay. Nestled 500m from the Great Ocean Road and only a 10minute walk into town, Marriners View is the ideal retreat for a beachside holiday or exploring the Otway Ranges, Surfcoast and Great Ocean Road. This brand new house has views of Marriners Lookout, the Otway foothills and ocean. The upper level is open plan and very spacious with reverse cycle heating/air-conditioning and large windows with loads of natural light. The dining table has seating for 8, a powder room offers a third bathroom and the lounge has plenty of room for the family to relax. The gourmet kitchen features Caesar stone bench tops, a flat-top electric cook top, range hood, dishwasher, microwave, walk in pantry, large fridge and freezer and an excellent selection of cooking equipment. The spacious lounge features 42" Plasma TV, DVD and Stereo with leather lounges. The lounge area has two opening doors that lead out onto a spacious secure deck lined with beautiful stained timber, outdoor furniture and electric BBQ. This sheltered balcony has filtered ocean views. All three bedrooms feature a timber Queen sized bed and have electric blankets. The second bedroom leads out onto a balcony in the secure rear yard. The master bedroom features an Ensuite with shower, toilet and vanity. The main bathroom features a bath with shower over the top, perfect for a relaxing soak. Downstairs has a lovely sunny reading area with a TV and cosy chairs for relaxing with a good book. This area has a lovely outlook to the Otway hills that surround Apollo Bay. Quality bed linen, towels, soaps, bath gel, a selection of teas and coffee are supplied for your arrival. Well behaved and house trained dogs are most welcome inside and all doggie guests are supplied with a comfy bed, towels to wipe muddy paws, bowls and yummy gourmet treats on arrival. - Opening Hours:
