Atelier451 is a combined gallery and studio providing sculpture, painting, drawings, etchings and more for sale as well as classes in all these skills. A huge respect for traditional skills as a foundation on which to build and express new ideas is what drives this studio. Particular attention is paid to newcomers to these activities. Every human being needs art in their life. We ensure that it becomes a place of joy and discovery. It's serious and it's fun. Happy to help teenagers and art school students who aren't getting enough life drawing, sculpture or other basic instruction. Love to guide older people who have been leaving it too long and are now ready to have a go. All very welcome. Lots of tea, coffee, bikkies and the occasional glass of wine in the artists' kitchen. We have a printing press on site, a kiln, potters' wheels, clay, drawing materials and solid dreams of a fruitful future here. It unfolds now. Join us. - Opening Hours:
