Freshly painted throughout and with dedicated parking for 2 cars outside your oversized apartment, and everything you need inside. FREE FOXTEL in ALL rooms, 2 large LCD TVs, DVD Stereo system with USB input to plug in your iPod/MP3 player, 2 std TVs with built in VCR in the minor bedrooms, Full Kitchen with Full size Hotplate, Oven & Dishwasher, Washer & Dryer. Reverse cycle Air-conditioning in each Bedroom and Living room to ensure you are cool as ice in summer and warm as toast in winter in this presidential Broadwater Bungalow. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed with en-suite (spa, WC & separate shower). Bedroom 2 has 2 king singles which can be combined into a King Bed, & the Loft bedroom has 2 singles. The master bathroom has a shower and a separate WC. Entertaining is easy with lounge and dining areas and a private courtyard with BBQ and outdoor setting. Full linen is supplied including additional pool towels as required. The resort's ambiance is stylish but relaxed. It has become a benchmark for tourism properties in the south west and provides extensive recreational facilities including water and beach activities. The family friendly Broadwater Beach Bar and Restaurant is located next door.
