Ron Stevens leased this workshop and was planing to leave without informing landlord being several thousands of dollars in arrears. When he did leave he was still thousands of dollars in arrears leaving the property with thousands of dollars of damage and also without cleaning and removing large amounts of garbage. Ron Stevens is not to be trusted. Beware.
