sorry wasnt at all satistfied with opsm after paying 2,225 dollars for two pair of glasses will never go there again

I had a phone call from a very rude man from head office saying that I had to go through the correct procedures with my insurance company before OPSM could continue with my order. I told him that I had already done RP8HQso and he argued with me that I hadnt and was very rude in saying so , spoke to me like I was a child at school ! Expect a complaint to be made to your management for your discusting customer service!!
