Unbelievable. 4 weeks tomorrow Foxtel went out & with it Free to Air so black screen with F106 and there today. Twice technician visit cancelled by Foxtel. We were asked to expect technician from 06.30 December 28. Got up, waited. Same January 9, tomorrow CANCELLED. Have NEVER ever experienced such ZERO service anywhere in the other countries we have lived in. WHAT is going on with Foxtel or NOT. And WHY cannot one speak to someone in Australia???????

I have been trying to get a return number from Foxtel for a few weeks now. I have my Foxtel account with Telstra account number 2000638866044 Foxtel account number is 1 1790171726309 I want to close the account and return the box I need a return number with instructions. Thank you
