Steinhoff Asia Pacific Limited (Freedom Furniture) - Head Office

I have recently purchased furniture from your Coffs Harbour Store. In total I have spent $12,615. I have compared the prices of the goods I bought in Coffs Harbour with those in your other stores. For Example:- 1) The Cove Dining Table 220 x 100cm - I was charged $1499.00 Other stores are charging ( Castle Hill and Kotara) are charging $999.00 - Diff = $500 2) The Cove Entertainment Unit 180cm - I was charged $1399.00 Other Stores are charging $999.00 - Diff = $400 3) The Cove Buffet , 4 door - I was charged $1499.00 Other stores are charging $1299.00 - Diff = $200 Overall a difference of $1100.00 I was told by staff in the other stores that all products should be the same price in all stores. I have reported this to a staff member at your Lane Cove Head Office named Jan who said she would get \'some one \" to ring me. Who is going to ring me? Is this the way that Freedom runs their business? I know Coffs Harbour is a franchise store but I have been told by other Freedom staff that this should not make any difference to the prices. If I can\'t get this overcharging refunded then I will take this public through social media. I hope you do not disappoint me and are prepared to resolve this matter. Regards, Kay Pettiford
