Harry and Piers Cafe

Today I asked for a skim flat white without any creama or froth. In return I received a lecture on the fact that flat white does not have froth. Ok I said, then should it have some, would you remove it, as I don\'t like it. When given my coffee, it had, as expected at least 3/4\" of something, clearly not froth, as flat white does not have froth!!! I asked if it could be removed and the female\'s attitude was terrible. I politely said that as the customer, if I wanted a coffee without any froth and I was paying for it I felt that was what I was entitled to. She was still stroppy and said, “OK I heard you” Why she had to make this so difficult is beyond me. Then to add insult she put sugar in it, so in the bin it went. Dreadful attitude for a front of business person, clearly not her business. Well lady you wont be getting ours again. Too may other decent coffee shops to choose from!
