Very regrettable service on 19/5/17. Exceedingly poor communication, no ABN, still awaiting receipt after 2 months! Despite clear instructions and time/date bookings, Adam did not inform that he would require 2 trips (and ran out of time for the second trip anyway. I agree if you use this service be aware charges begin from when he leaves business premises not when he arrives at yours. And lastly we are still awaiting email of receipt/tax invoice after nearly 2 months! Not answering/terminating with no call back/saying too busy after multiple phone calls, text messages and emails. We have made a NSW Fair Trade complaint (Ref: 9016627) and they were told he had no recollection of the transaction (despite having evidence of text messages and pictures!). Cannot recommend this service if you care abt your items and need realiable service.
