We had endless problems with these guys. The roof leaked after they installed it and despite promises to fix it things dragged on for months and they dodged our calls and failed to return emails, or did not show up at agreed times. They tried to charge us for a rectification as they blamed us for having a flat roof! Eventually the matter had to be reported to the QBCC who sent an inspector - they confirmed the roof was defective and issued a notification to rectify. The whole drama could have been avoided had First Choice simply shown up to turn the edges down after the issue was first reported. Would absolutely not recommend them to anybody!
