Vortex Hair Design

I went to this hair dressing salon over two weeks ago. I got a $45 wash blow dry and straighten, the day I got it done it was nice and straight and by the next day it was frizzy and had kinks. This had never happened to my hair so I assumed it was maybe because my hair might have been damaged. I went to void hairdressing Saturday gone to get the same done for $35 and it has been DEAD straight ever since. I gave vortex a curtesy call letting them know about my experience and that I didn\'t want money back or anything and the owner of the company was utterly disinterested and unapologetic, there was not one ounce of concern!! I am completely disgusting with the way it was handled and will never return or speak a good word to anyone about this place PURELY on the fact of the lack of professionalism shown!

WORST HAIR CUT OF MY LIFE!!!! I\'ve been getting my hair cut for 25 years and not once have I ever experienced such poor skills and customer service. I showes JUDITH 2 photos of what I wanted which were both of long concaved bobs and she started backing away at my hair! It was so uneven all over I told her and she tried fixing it and made it worse and even shorter than I wanted! All whilst she has bagged to her friend who came in for a chat about how crap the other businesses were in the complex! I paid went home and cried to my partner who called them to ask for our money back and they were not helpful what so ever! I just want to warn people to not go there!
