Stitch & Staple Upholstery

Yesterday i picked up my antique chair quote was for dark/brown stain, re upholstery, upholstery studs, two new wheels. Time frame given by owner 1 1/2 weeks 2 1/2 months later, chair completed and just wrong, ruined and not what was wanted. No studs, front wheels not replaced so the chair is 3cm lower at the front, stain colour is a horrid lacquered medium brown, no studs. Totally gutted, i feel nothing but absolute horror and sadness when i look at what should have been a gorgeous chair
