Spikes Bikes (owned and operated by Brian \'Spike\' Jones) had been closed now for some years. It was sold and operated foe awhile until the new owner had to close, due to health problems. Spike Jones is an identity in Traralgon, known by many and was a talented footballer in his early years. He still lives in Traralgon and most of his family lives in the town also.
