Sonja Plecas is a well respected Senior Consultant Psychologist, Life &amp; Wellness Coach and the Principal Psychologist at the Holistic Psychology Centre with over 15 years of clinical experience in providing holistic psychological services to children, adolescents and adults. Sonja areas of expertise include depression and anxiety management, relationship and self development, stress and anger management, loss and trauma work, family and life coaching. Focused on providing tailored treatment interventions, Sonja offers a range of therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, IPT and mindfulness based skills (MBCT/MBSR). Sonja is also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, EMDR and Energy Psychology (Meridian Tapping).
