I provide a mobile personal training service, operating predominantly in Sydney's North Shore. Training sessions are mainly conducted outdoors, but can also be at your home, work or the gymnasium in your apartment block, whatever works best for you.

Whether your goal is to improve your lifestyle, lose weight, reduce your stress levels, have more energy to play with your kids or just to get back in shape, I will tailor the most efficient, effective and enjoyably sessions to help you achieve the results you want.

I started personal training in 1997 and have trained hundreds of clients with varying levels of fitness, from beginners to professional athletes and performers. I have previously worked in a five star resort (Hayman Island, Queensland), large fitness centres and personal training studio.
