Jarrod Davies has been actively involved in various combat and meditation disciplines primarily Shaolin Kung Fu over the past twenty years.  Jarrod's experience and studies have included the following:

Sun Lutang - Bagua  
Chi Gong Mediation
Hard Chi Gong (known as Iron Shirt / Iron Head / Iron Hand Training)
Australian Indigenous Meditation 
Advanced Firearm Training

Jarrod has sought out only the most experienced, realistic, and proficient mentors to learn his skills.  He has the required skill set to enable people to learn effective self protection techniques in a relaxed and safe environment.  His clients are varied in their ages, professions and skill levels.

Jarrod firmly believes that the knowledge that has been bestowed upon him by his mentors can help all people who use it wisely and practice diligently to feel safe and secure in any environment.
