At MO-II-V8 Personal Training my philosophy is to provide a complete personalized service where you as the client/s are No. 1 and there is reduced risk of injury and higher rate of achieving your goals along with educating you in post workout strategies to keep your goals on track. Training facilities are located at 98 Riley St, Darlinghurst that allows you the convenience of a city location easily accessible before and after work or in your lunch hour.  There are no memberships or lock in contracts and no waiting for equipment unlike commercial gyms. You have my 100% attention and focus for the 60 min session; it is all about you and what you can achieve.
	
I will assess your fitness level, health, analyze your body strengths and weaknesses and design client specific programmes focusing on individual goals, needs, time constraints and improving levels of fitness from beginner to advanced.

Also provided are modern facilities for showering, we provide cooled water, hand towels and shower towels, all you need to do is arrive on time (remember 80% of success is showing up)!

75% of people currently exercising are not getting the results they want.  From the 23% of people who are getting the desired results, 90% are using a personal trainer.
