Swami Anandakumar is an exceptional teacher and exponent of meditation. He has studied yoga and a wide variety of yogic disciplines for over thirty years. He has spent many years teaching and studying at the Bihar School of Yoga, India and teaches internationally. Anandakumar inspires, not only with his depth of wisdom, but with his music, warmth and light approachable manner.
 
Awareness:  It's a word and subject that is often used and mentioned, but not often looked into deeply or properly. When understood, awareness is the key, it is the one unchanging factor in all practice. Therefore it can be trusted. It is essential and very powerful and it can be developed practically and methodically. 
But what is it, and how does it work?

9-10 March 2013  Workshop
Saturday: 9am-5pm (optional 8am yoga class &amp; evening program until 8pm)
Sunday: 8.00am-3.00pm
Program: Morning &amp; afternoon yoga class, practical meditation,
theory sessions, philosophy, Yoga Nidra,
Havan (fire ceremony), Crystal singing bowl meditation and Kirtan

The event is fully catered with vegetarian feasts.

This course is non-residential.

Fee: $185/$160 concession
Saturday only: $120
